The use of AI-based translation and proofreading tools can significantly increase these scores, putting your manuscript at risk of rejection. Furthermore, most journals and publishers explicitly prohibit AI-generated content, and AI-assisted translation is one of the practices strictly disallowed under their submission guidelines.
