If you want to submit a document for proofreading you are advised to click on our dropbox at http://dropbox.yousendit.com/CEDS This is the safest way to submit documents, especially if they are large. Both we and you will receive an email to confirm that your document has been successfully uploaded for proofreading.

Usually we are available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (GMT). However we will check our e-mails outside these hours and at the weekend. We will do our best to meet your needs if you have an urgent deadline.

We have recently been experiencing some problems receiving emails and attachments from some University and business accounts. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours during normal business hours after you have sent your work it is possible that your email has not been received. Please resend it from a webmail account such as Hotmail, Yahoo or GMAIL or send the file to acaedit@googlemail.com
